Estate agent’s commission
Purchases of property in Germany WITH estate agent’s commission:
The buyer is obliged to pay estate agent’s fees amounting to 6.25% of the total purchasing price, including statutory value-added tax, to the estate agent, BKT Immobilien GmbH. This commission is earned, due and payable immediately upon conclusion of the (notarial) contract of sale.

Purchases of property in Germany WITHOUT estate agent’s commission:
Commission-free for the buyer.

Property rentals in Germany:
Rentals are commission-free for lessees.

Purchase of properties in Spain:
